Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • preheat oven to 400.

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl mix pecans, butter and salt.
  2. Place pecans in a shallow pan and place in oven.
  3. Cook 10 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  5. Use to garnish vegetables, salads or casseroles.
