Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil your potatoes on the stovetop until almost done and you can poke your fork through.
  2. Get a big sheet of tinfoil (I double mine) and grease the shiny side with margarine.
  3. Cut your boiled potatoes into small chunks on top of the tinfoil and sprinkle with the Onion Soup Mix.
  4. Add some dabs of margarine, maybe 3 tbsp. full over the potatoes and add a couple of tbsp. of water as well.
  5. Fold up the tinfoil around the potatoes to make a little packet.
  6. Put on the BBQ and heat 'til piping hot, maybe 10-15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
