Tim's Sausage & Peppers Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut sausage into bite size pieces
  2. Slice onion in 1/4 inch slices
  3. Slice peppers into 1/2 inch strips
  4. Finely chopp garlic
  5. Cook sausage in pan till done cover and keep warm
  6. Throw in onion and cook till tender then add peppers and garlic stir in wine and reduce by half.
  7. Cook spaghetti
  8. When peppers are tender add diced tomato and tomato paste stirring till blended then season to taste with oregano, basil, thyme & rosemary.
  9. Simmer 10 to 15 min.
  10. Enjoy
