Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in bread machine in order recommended use dough setting. Remove and punch down and let rest 10 minutes. brush with 1 egg and 1/2 T water.
  2. Or cook in bread machine unter basic setting size 1 1/2 lb.
