Three Minute Brown Sugar Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Heat together first five ingredients in a large heavy bottomed saucepan.
  2. Boil hard three minutes. Add vanilla and nuts.
  3. Beat until thick and pour into grease 9x9 pan.
  4. Cut when cool using a knife dipped in hot water.
