Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to label dirctions.
  2. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, saute carrots, onion, and garlic in olive oil in a 10-inch skillet until tender but not browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash.
  5. Add tomato sauce.
  6. Heating to boiling.
  7. Reduce heat; boil gently until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in snow peas,basil, and oregano.
  9. Serve sauce over hot cooked pasta.
  10. Sprinkle cheese over top.
