Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take cheese out of the refrigerator an hour ahead of time so that it may melt more evenly.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350, preheat the iron skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter the outside of the bread, assemble sandwich with the basil in between the slices of cheese.
  4. Add 1/3 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and cook to brown.
  5. Lay the sandwich in the pan until it achieves a crusty brown side. About 1.5 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for additional 30 to 45 seconds.
  7. Spread remaining butter the less brown side, and put in oven until cheese is melted as desired.
  8. Remove and let sit before devouring.
  9. Enjoy!
