  1. Use a fork to stir peanut butter, oil, pepper flakes, pepper, and honey into a smooth mixture. The color should be something like milky wood but add different quantities of ingredients until it smells earthy and delicious.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into thumb-sized pieces and dump them into the peanut butter sauce.
  3. Chop the green onion. Heat a heavy skillet with a little oil over medium high heat and saute.
  4. Drop the chicken and sauce into the pan and cover, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Toast the bread and spread it with honey. Peel the carrot, first to get the skin off, then onto the toasts, creating a little orange bed. Pile hot chicken on and eat it like a taco. Goes well with smoothie.
