Ingredients:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking pans with 1 edges with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix ingredients together until blended. Shape into 32 meatballs using 1/4 cup of mix per meatball.
  2. 2. Place 16 meatballs on each sheet. Bake 16-18 minutes or until done. 160 degrees.
  3. 3. Use 16 meatballs to serve four. Freeze the other 16 meatballs for later use.
