The Best Leftover Potatoes Have Ever been (Really!!!!!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 tbsp margarine (i always use and it always turns out great!) or 2 -3 tbsp butter, melted (i always use and it always turns out great!)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into about six to eight pieces EACH.
  3. Melt margarine or butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, depending on the microwave strength.
  4. Add seasonings to melted margarine/butter.
  5. Toss potatoes in butter.
  6. Move potatoes to nonstick baking pan and bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them), tossing once or twice.
  7. Serve hot.
