The Best, Easiest, Yummiest Healthy Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. While that cooks, cook garlic in a pan with olive oil until fragrant. Add turkey sausage and break with a spoon until fully cooked. Mix in a little onion powder, amount to your liking. [Just a dash does it for us!].
  3. Pour in spaghetti sauce, mix well, and add italian seasoning [I make my own by combining oregano, basil, parsley, and thyme - but a store bought mix is fine too!], salt & pepper to your taste.
  4. Let that simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta and serve sauce over it with a sprinkle of mozzerella cheese. How easy was that?
