  1. Bring water to the boil,cook tom yum paste with shallots, garlic, galangal, kraffir lime leaves, lemon grass, until boils
  2. Add tomato, mushroom, lemon juice, coconut milk salt and pepper
  3. Taste, if the saltiness and sourness is enough, add shrimp, when the shrimp turns red turn off the stove
