Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the dressing by combining the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and chopped chilies in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking try and rub with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Let the fillets cool for at least 15 minutes. Then place them into a big bowl and break into big chunks with a fork. Add onion, tomato, and basil; pour the dressing over all and toss gently until mixed. Serve on individual plates over mixed greens.
