Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic mashed
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the water in your food processor until smooth.
  2. Add water in small amounts to desired consistency.
  3. I prefer hummus that is chilled so i recommend putting in the fridge for about an hour. you may serve immediately if you prefer though.
