i love hummus but wanted something spicier this time.
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
3 cloves garlic mashed
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. blend all the ingredients except the water in your food processor until smooth.
2. add water in small amounts to desired consistency.
3. i prefer hummus that is chilled so i recommend putting in the fridge for about an hour. you may serve immediately if you prefer though.
