Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put oil in a skillet and add the chicken in it.
  2. Cook it for about 3minutes in the pan over high heat.
  3. Add in the garlic and cook it a little.
  4. Now add the Thai chilies and continue cooking till the chicken is done.
  5. Meanwhile put the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them just enough to cover them. Let them sit for 5 min.
  6. After 5 minutes. Drain the hot water and run the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking and lower the temperature.
  7. Drain them again and put them in a bowl
  8. Add the chicken to it.
  9. Add in the cilantro, green onions, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce and soy sauce.
  10. Mix well and serve.
