Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the water off the chicken.
  2. Break chicken up with a fork (to me, the finer the better). Set aside.
  3. Sautee the chili peppers and onion in the oil until softened.
  4. In a bowl, add the ketchup, water, and sauteed vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Heat this mixture in a microwave until heated.
  6. Add the sauce mix to the chicken and blend.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Enjoy with your favorite crackers.
