Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 -4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a saucepan heat water and butter unil melted. Add cocoa, set aside to cool.
  3. Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Pour into chocolate mixture, then add eggs and sour cream.
  4. Stir thoroughly and pour into a large greased and floured cookie sheet.
  5. Cook 15-20 minutes in preheated oven.
  6. Mix together all frosting ingredients, and frost cake IMMEDIATELY after coming out of the oven, do NOT let cool.
