Ingredients:

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add the potatoes and cook until tender.
  2. 2. 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain and run under cold water to cool.
  4. 4. Transfer to a large serving bowl and chill for 2 hours.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, sour cream and green onion. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours to blend the flavors.
  6. 6. While everything is chilling cook the bacon in a pan on the stove make sure it is crispy, drain on paper towel and let it chill.
  7. 7. Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the potatoes and then crumbled bacon and stir. And its ready to serve.
