Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet cook and crumble beef; drain well.
  2. Add onions. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, salt to taste, pepper and chili powder. Heat through.
  3. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 300.
  4. (Note if you are using regular brown rice you will need to partially cook it before adding or it will not cook all the way.).
