Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute ground beef in large skillet or Dutch oven with garlic.
  2. Add pepper.
  3. Add onion when meat is close to being done and saute until onion is nearly trasparent.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except the cheese.
  5. Stir and reduce heat to low and simmer covered until rice is done.
  6. Add water if necessary.
  7. Remove lid and spread cheese.
  8. Let cheese melt and serve.
  9. May freeze leftovers.
