Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add green pepper, onion flakes, tomatoes, bouillon, and rice.
  4. Break up tomatoes if using whole.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is done and mixture is thick.
  6. May have to add water and more bouillon to taste.
