Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a mixing bowl beat eggs
  3. Add Flour, Sugar, Shredded Cheese, Pimentos or Peppers.
  4. Season with Salt and Pepper
  5. Stir in Corn with juices
  6. Pour into a greased casserole dish
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden and eggs are set
