Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sherry wine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup consomme

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade. An excellent baste for chicken, beef and turkey.
