Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup bourbon

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and half-and-half in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
  2. Add sugar and cocoa, whisking until blended.
  3. Remove from heat; whisk in vanilla and bourbon.
  4. Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows, if desired.
