  1. Strawberry layer - Heat the orange juice with strawberries on medium heat for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Taste the.

  5. Cracker layer - Crush the graham crackers coarsely and mix with pecans.
  6. Parfait - Layer the mixture into a wine glass. Start with the strawberry layer then next sprinkle the graham cracker layer on top.
  7. Pour the cream layer on top. Repeat with graham crackers, strawberry and top with the cream.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with a pecan, strawberry or orange slice.
