Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 oz caster sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 150 mls of milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 drop vanilla ess

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, mix all wet ingredients together,pour wet ingredients a bit at a time to dry ingredients mix. (at this point you can add cherrys or berrys coat in flour first so they do not stick ) por into muffin cases. cook for 20 to 25 mins or untill light brown ontop 180c nom 160c fan oven. enjoyx
