Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. In a large cast iron skillet, brown ground beef in veggy oil.
  3. Add onion and cook until transparent.
  4. Add garlic to gr.
  5. Beef mixture, mix together.
  6. Mix in soup, mushrooms and milk.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Take off heat.
  9. Layer cheese slices, add more than 10 if you like cheese.
  10. Put on tater tots,make a nice circle of them to fill the whole top of the cheese sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  11. Cover with foil for 45 minutes.
  12. Take off for the 15 minutes.
  13. (if the cheese is bubbleing in the middle of the tater tots, it is done, if not, add another 15 minutes).
