Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Brown meat and onion, add spices to meat as it browns. Once meat is browned, add flour and mix well. Add broth, and milk to beef, and simmer until it thickens.
  3. Mix tater tots, veggies, and cheese in a large bowl. Add meat and sauce mixture to tot mixture. Combine well, then transfer to baking dish.
  4. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  5. If the top starts to brown too much, cover with foil.
  6. **You can prep this recipe the night before, and refrigerate until you put it in the oven.
