Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes in a medium dice.
  2. Cut the jalapenos in a small dice remove seeds if you want a mild salsa.
  3. Mince the white onion.
  4. Chop the cilantro.
  5. Add all ingredients into a serving bowl.
  6. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the juice of 1 lemon and salt to taste.
  8. Stir once more.
  9. Refrigerate until chilled.
  10. Serve with chips.
  11. Or use on eggs, tacos, steaks, chicken or whatever you like !
  12. Enjoy !
