Tart Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Process first 5 ingredients for 30 seconds in a blender. With blender running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream, and process until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds.
