Tarragon Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix mustard, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic in food processor or blender.
  3. Process bread into crumbs.
  4. Remove skin from chicken.
  5. Place chicken breast in greased or non stick 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  6. Spread with mustard mixture, then sprinkle with crumbs.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
