Tapioca Creme Brulee

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp dry tapioca
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, sugar, and tapioca in a small sauce pan.
  2. Let it sit on stove for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in egg, and bring to a think boil. Cool.
  4. Divide berries amongst 4 ramekins, pour tapioca over each ramekin. Smooth tops.
  5. Chill over night, or for at least 3-4 hours.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar over the tapioca ramekins.
  8. Broil until sugar is bubbling and melted.
  9. Serve HOT!
