Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl; cool to room temperature. Add celery.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir into potato mixture. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 8 servings.
