Tahini-Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pure water
  • 1 1/2 inches piece gingerroot (diced)
  • 1 cup tahini (raw )
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 lemon , juice of

Directions:

  1. Mix together well and add to your favourite salad.
  2. Bon Appetit!
