Lime Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahiti sesame butter
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar (i used xylitol)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

Directions:

  1. In a blender add all but the oil.
  2. Whiz around to break up the garlic.
  3. Then open the top of the blender and add the oil in a slow thin stream.
  4. If this is too thick, add a little more oil.
  5. Put on your salad in small amounts, this is powerful!
  6. Bon Appetit!
