  1. Add tahina in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice to bowl and stir well. Add in the water Mix till incoperated.
  3. Add salt,garlic and chili.
  4. Add parsley.
  5. Serve with fish, grilled meat, rice dishes and falafals.
