Directions:

  1. Saute beef, salt and onion in skillet. Add drained beans and heat. In a large salad bowl, place a layer of shredded lettuce, crumbled tortilla chips, beef and beans, grated cheese and sauce (see below). Repeat, garnish with tomato wedges, ripe olives, grated cheese and whole tortilla chips.
  2. Sauce
  3. Add tomato sauce, onion finely chopped, tomato cut in small pieces and salt and chili powder. Mix together; simmer 10 minutes.
