Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheaat oven to 175c (350f).
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water then drain.
  3. Brown the mince in a large pan and drain any excess fat return to pan and add onion.
  4. Then add taco seasoning mix, condensed soup and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta.
  6. Pour into a large casserole dish, and sprinkle the crushed tortilla and cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for about 30 until cheese is golden.
  8. Serve with salad.
