Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 3 slices american cheese

Directions:

  1. Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs, and taco seasoning and mix well.
  2. Place half of the meat mixture into loaf pan.
  3. Place three slices of cheese then top off with generous amount salsa and bake in 375 oven for about 35 minute
  4. Remove from oven and top with with cheese.
  5. If desired then return for appox. 10 more minute or until it's done.
