Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, saute beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, catsup, chili powder to taste, salt and mustard.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Spoon meat mixture over buns.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and siced olives.
  7. Add taco sauce if desired.
