Directions:

  1. Spread bean dip/refried beans onto a glass plate.
  2. Top with lettuce, green pepper, onions, tomatoes, black olives.
  3. Spread shredded taco cheese over the top.
  4. Pour sour cream (if desired) then picante sauce over all and serve with tortilla chips!
