Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a plastic bag.
  2. Add wings and shake to coat.
  3. Place in single layer on 2 greased 15 x 10 pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn and bake 15 minutes more.
  6. Recipe can be doubled.
