Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cover shallow baking pans with aluminum foil.
  3. In a large zip lock plastic bag combine coating mix.
  4. Place a few chicken pieces at a time to coat, shake off any excess coating back into bag.
  5. Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer on the foil covered pans.
  6. Repeat steps until all pieces are coated.
  7. Bake 20- 25 minutes.
  8. Turn pieces over and bake an additional 10 minutes or until tender.
  9. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
