Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl cream butter & sugar.
  2. Beat in egg yolk, orange rind, lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Gradually stir in flour.
  4. CHILL.
  5. Using 1/2 tbs for each, shape into small balls.
  6. Dip in slightly beaten egg white.
  7. Roll in nuts.
  8. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 350F about 16-18 minutes.
  10. Set on wire rack to cool.
