Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Use the dull side of chef's knife and pound the steak on both sides and in both directions ( 3 mins or so )
  3. Spray glass pan (13x9) with cooking spray
  4. Place meat in pan
  5. Distribute 1 envelope of onion soup over top
  6. Distrbute the can of diced tomatoes -including the liquid ( makes it own gravy)
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Bake 2.5 hours
  9. Serve with baked potatoes - added last 45 min of baking -
  10. Roasted carrots ( bag of the baby carrots drizzled with oil and Salt and Pepper -30 minutes in the same oven)
  11. Broccoli or salad
