Sweet & Sour Kielbasa

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (6 oz) jar grape jelly

Directions:

  1. Mix together the chili sauce and grape jelly in a large baking pan.
  2. Cut the Kielbasa into 1 to 2 inch thick slices and add to the chili / jelly mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Spoon off grease; serve.
  5. This can be made ahead and kept warm in a crockpot for serving.
  6. The amounts of chili sauce and grape jelly can be different. Don't sweat it. Use medium bottles/jars. :).
