Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes then drain and cool.
  2. Stir together the dressing ingredients.
  3. When potatoes are cool mix lightly with the celery, walnuts, raisins and pineapple.
  4. Add the dressing gradually and toss carefully so as not to mash the potatoes.
