Russian Salad Aka Olivier Salad

  1. Boil the potatoes separate from the eggs.
  2. Blanch together the carrots, green peas and mixed vegetables.
  3. In a large mixing bowl bring in the potatoes, the sliced eggs,
  4. The blanched vegetables along with the black olives, capers and the chopped onion, peppers and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper and toss everything well.
  6. Mix well the prepared dressing with the potato mixture.
  7. Chill before serving or serve at room temperature.
