Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crust: 3 unbaked 9 single crusts from the dairy or frozen
  2. Section .graham cracker ,or homemade
  3. For filling, wash sweet potatoes well,place in large pot skin
  4. On, boil the sweet potatoes until tender, peel and mash.
  5. Heat oven to 350:.
  6. Combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt and nutmeg
  7. In a large bowl.
  8. Beat at med. speed of electric mixer until creamy.
  9. Beat in sweet potatoes until well mixed.
  10. Beat in eggs.
  11. Beat in milk and vanilla slowly.
  12. Spoon into 3 unbaked pie shells, using about 4 cups per shell.
  13. Bake at 350: for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  14. Cool to room temp. before serving.
  15. Store in refrigerator.
